iPhone 5S Too Hot To Touch

I am in desperate need of a new phone. I have been down with the iPhone since it first hit the scene so naturaly the iPhone 5S, Apple's latest evolution of the smartphone is my first choice. However I am not all that eager or excited as I thought I would be to get my hands on Apple's latest piece of technology. They've only marginally added features that I would consider worthy of the S title, however they did make a leap in invasion of privacy. Apple has also released its new firmware iOS 7 alongside it's two new phones, I have tried it out on my iPad mini and it gives apples devices better functionality and a much needed facelift to compete with the android devices.
Decisions decisions, there are two new models of phones available for purchase one being the iPhone 5S the other being the iPhone 5C. The iPhone 5S  appears to be the premier device, it boasts the new 64bit A7 processor as well as some new camera functionality and to top it off a finger print scanner. iPhone 5C seems to be the more economic and consumer friendly option, it is pretty much exactly the same as the iPhone 5 but with a back casing that comes in a variety of colors.
So apparently the new phones are big hit, long lines, record sales etc. Call me paranoid but I have an issue relinquishing my fingerprint to an entity that is not the government. They claim it's not shared and it's stored on board the processor, but I think I need a little bit more reassurance than that. Last time I checked identity theft is still an issue and hackers do exist. Is this thing only scanning fingerprints by the way? I mean this thing looks pretty advanced can you imagine if it checked your pulse and could be used as a lie detector, next thing you know Siri will be calling me a lier.
Not to mention I've downloaded so many movies and shows for free no subscriptions.  I have listened to a lot music I don't recall paying for. Used a lot of pricey software that I've come across by means that I do not care to mention and I'll be damned if I am gonna take the fall because I want to have hottest device out. Until I read into the terms of the new firmware or any other agreements Apple has the iPhone 5S is too hot to touch.
